An 18-story wellness-focused luxury resort and condominium on Singer Island — one of the first wellness-branded residences in the United States. It offers over 70,000 square feet of spa amenities inspired by ancient Ayurvedic healing traditions. 1000 Museum
One of Miami's most iconic skyscrapers — the last residential tower designed by the legendary Zaha Hadid and her first in the Western Hemisphere. The 62-story ultra-luxury condominium rises above Biscayne Bay with a dramatic structural exoskeleton facade, giving the tower its unmistakable sculptural form. A $185 million expansion added an art-filled wing featuring a 93-foot interactive sculpture. Louis Vuitton Miami Design District
The Louis Vuitton flagship in the Miami Design District is a stunning architectural landmark designed by Swiss-Danish studio Atelier Oï. The three-story boutique is wrapped in a dramatic perforated metal facade of interlocking LV monograms creating constantly shifting patterns of light and shadow.
