About This Project
A 51-story ultra-luxury oceanfront condominium tower rising along Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach — one of the most spectacular towers on Florida's Gold Coast. Designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott and completed in 2009, Jade Ocean offers floor-to-ceiling glass residences with sweeping Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway views from every angle. Its distinctive curvilinear form makes it one of the most photographed buildings in Sunny Isles Beach, a city with one of the highest concentrations of luxury high-rises in the world.
