Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Colpani Elevators are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. A signed contract or work order is required before any work commences.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in each individual service contract or work order. General payment terms include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion and inspection of work
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Florida law
• We accept various forms of payment as outlined in your service agreement

Warranties

Colpani Construction dba Colpani Elevators stands behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by service type:

• New installations include manufacturer warranties on equipment and a workmanship warranty
• Modernization projects include warranties on replaced components
• Repair services include a warranty on parts and labor for the specific repair performed

Specific warranty terms and durations will be detailed in your service contract. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Colpani Construction dba Colpani Elevators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services or this agreement. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Colpani Construction dba Colpani Elevators is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Our licenses include:

• Registered Elevator Co. #1106 (Colpani Construction)
• Elevator Certificate of Competency CC6467 (Jonathan Colpani)

All work is performed in compliance with applicable Florida building codes, ASME A17.1 elevator safety codes, and local jurisdiction requirements.
