Publix Sunny Isles Beach
About This Project
Serving one of Florida's most densely vertical communities — nicknamed Florida's Riviera for its extraordinary concentration of luxury oceanfront high-rises along Collins Avenue. Sunny Isles Beach is home to some of the most affluent zip codes in the country, and this Publix location is the neighborhood grocery anchor for thousands of high-rise residents representing dozens of nationalities. Seamless vertical access is essential for a diverse, high-volume clientele.
