About This Project
One of Florida's largest and most comprehensive Life Plan Communities, spanning 160 lush acres in Pompano Beach. Founded in 1963, the community is home to over 1,000 residents with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The sprawling campus includes dozens of residential buildings, dining venues, wellness centers, and cultural programs — all requiring an extensive and reliable elevator infrastructure to serve residents of all mobility levels.
