About This Project
The anchor luxury department store of one of Miami's most transformative urban developments. Brickell City Centre is a $1.05 billion mixed-use complex that reimagined the Brickell financial district with retail, hotels, offices, and residences under a signature Climate Ribbon — an architectural shade canopy that harvests light across the open-air complex. Saks spans multiple floors in one of the most architecturally sophisticated retail developments in Florida's history.
