About This Project
One of Miami's most iconic skyscrapers — the last residential tower designed by the legendary Zaha Hadid and her first in the Western Hemisphere. The 62-story ultra-luxury condominium rises above Biscayne Bay with a dramatic structural exoskeleton facade, giving the tower its unmistakable sculptural form. Completed in 2019, it features a private rooftop helipad, an aquatic center, a sky lounge, and fewer than 100 exclusive residences.
