About This Project
One of the largest and most visited shopping malls in the United States, spanning 2.7 million square feet across three levels. Home to over 300 stores including Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, Macy's, and world-class luxury boutiques, the mall attracts over 28 million visitors annually. A $185 million expansion added an art-filled wing featuring a 93-foot interactive sculpture. Managing vertical traffic for this volume of shoppers requires an extensive, reliable elevator and escalator infrastructure.
