Fort Lauderdale's tallest building — a spectacular 46-story mixed-use tower completed in 2021 that transformed downtown Fort Lauderdale's skyline. The tower combines 294 luxury residential units with a full-service Hyatt Centric hotel, ground-level retail, and Class A office space. Positioned on Las Olas Boulevard — Fort Lauderdale's most prestigious address — it offers panoramic views of the New River, downtown, and the Atlantic Ocean, and stands as the crown jewel of Fort Lauderdale's urban renaissance.
